Senior Tech Recruiter (GTM focus)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Tech Recruiter to join a boutique technology recruitment firm that partners with venture‑backed start‑ups and scale‑ups. You will focus on sourcing and placing Go‑To‑Market (GTM) talent for high‑growth companies, working in a hybrid, high‑trust environment as the business expands across the US.

Key responsibilities

• Head‑hunt founders, revenue leaders and other GTM professionals for VC‑backed clients.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of high‑quality candidates from seed to Series C companies.
• Drive business development activities, networking and relationship building with hiring managers.
• Build and own a recruitment desk, rather than inheriting an existing one.
• Collaborate with a small team of top billers to deliver results and share best practices.

Required profile

• Experience as a tech recruiter in either contract or permanent markets.
• Desire to deepen exposure to GTM recruitment and work with venture‑backed clients.
• Highly driven, resilient and serious about career growth.
• Enjoys business development, networking and relationship building.
• Willing to build a desk from the ground up and contribute to a collaborative culture.
