Senior Talent Advisor – Indianapolis (Onsite)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor to provide front‑line, on‑site support for both employees and a global client. You will act as the primary liaison, ensuring high‑quality delivery, employee engagement, and compliance with client processes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site support to employees and the client, maintaining service excellence.
• Develop and execute strategies that boost employee and client engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and place qualified candidates.
• Monitor payroll issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with safety teams to maintain a secure work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of staffing or leadership experience, preferably in an R&D or scientific setting.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, including onboarding, off‑boarding, and employment law.
• Proven ability to build strategic relationships through proactive communication.
• Results‑oriented with high attention to detail in a fast‑changing environment.
