Senior Systems Administrator

About the role

BETA Technologies is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to manage and support its cloud and on‑premise IT environments across multiple sites. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and serves as the final escalation point for system issues.

Key responsibilities

• Administer cloud and on‑premise environments, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and domain services.
• Configure and secure Windows devices via Microsoft Intune and iOS devices via an MDM platform.
• Manage Linux systems, DNS, certificates, encryption, backup, replication and disaster‑recovery drills.
• Monitor infrastructure with tools like PagerDuty and provide Tier 2 support for all offices.
• Collaborate with Information Security to remediate vulnerabilities and implement governance frameworks such as CMMC.

Required profile

• 8+ years managing information systems and networks.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud services and Azure administration.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell and Python.
• Strong understanding of Conditional Access and Microsoft cloud security tools.
