Senior Store Manager – Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Store Manager to lead our Levi’s® store at Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. The role oversees a high‑volume location with annual sales of $15 million or more, driving profitable growth and brand equity.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage corporate partnerships for business intelligence and provide feedback to global teams.
• Coach, train and follow up with all managers to ensure customer service, operational and visual merchandising standards.
• Develop an in‑store leadership team through the Brand Service Leadership program and other training opportunities.
• Ensure the store team is fully trained on product knowledge and Levi’s heritage.
• Cascade communications from LS&Co. leadership to the entire store team.
• Implement Levi’s customer service and sales philosophies.
• Meet or exceed daily sales and performance goals through modeling, goal‑setting and continuous coaching.
• Provide effective leadership by training employees and assigning tasks appropriately.
• Set and enforce performance standards.
• Direct recruiting, selection, supervision, evaluation and retention of top talent.
• Pilot new programs as directed by the Home Office.
• Identify trends, evaluate processes and recommend initiatives that drive sales and operational excellence.
• Manage loss prevention, inventory control, safety and security programs.
• Control assets and merchandise, enforce fire codes and personal safety rules.
• Oversee payroll, physical inventory preparation and counts.
• Recommend merchandise replenishment plans.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead a store with $15 million+ annual volume.
• Experience supervising multiple managers with direct and indirect reporting relationships.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and performance goals.
