Senior Sports Marketing Manager

About the role

The Senior Sports Marketing Manager leads Red Bull’s regional sports marketing strategy, driving brand relevance, consumer engagement, and cultural impact through athlete programs, event initiatives, and strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network across regional sports communities to identify emerging talent, trends, and cultural movements.
• Recruit, develop, and manage relationships with high‑potential athletes and influencers in alignment with Red Bull’s brand values.
• Collaborate with Media Network, Communications, Partnerships, and Field Marketing teams to maximize athlete storytelling and audience reach.
• Lead the planning, project management, and execution of regional and national sports marketing events, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to Red Bull’s standards.
• Contribute to the annual regional Sports Marketing Business Plan by identifying strategic opportunities and growth initiatives.
• Oversee regional resources, budgets, and assets to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of sports marketing activities.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in sports marketing, event management, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of the regional sports landscape, including athletes, teams, events, and cultural trends.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into high‑impact initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver projects on schedule.
