Senior Sourcing Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

Stryker is hiring a Senior Sourcing Manager (Hybrid) in Redmond, Washington or the surrounding area. The role leads strategic sourcing for PCBAs and High-Level Assemblies, delivering quality, service and value through bidding, negotiation and supplier management. It is a hybrid position with an expectation of being onsite every Wednesday; team members are typically onsite 1-3 days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute global sourcing strategies for complex PCBA commodities, driving supply continuity, cost optimization, innovation and long-term growth.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Quality and Finance on sourcing decisions.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract strategies with key partners, mitigating business risk.
• Drive end-to-end commodity management: spend analysis, supplier segmentation, market intelligence, consolidation and lifecycle planning.
• Build executive-level supplier relationships and act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and supplier leadership.
• Anticipate market shifts and emerging technologies to strengthen competitiveness.
• Champion risk management and supply resiliency, covering financial, operational, geopolitical and sustainability risks.
• Mentor team members and advance sourcing best practices to improve cost, quality, delivery and service.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain management, business, finance, engineering or a related field, or 6 years of supply management experience.
• 10 years in supply management with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier development.
• Preferred: direct experience managing global PCBA vendors, international sourcing experience, and experience in a highly regulated industry such as medical devices.
• Preferred: working knowledge of ISO13485, supplier audit experience in FDA QSR, ISO13485 and ISO9001, and professional certifications through APICS, ISM and/or CSCMP.

What we offer

• Pay range of $123,900-$206,500 USD annually (US5) or $135,700-$226,200 USD annually (US15).
• 20% travel.
