Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Revin is building AI‑driven intelligence for the built world, helping home‑service operators automate and scale revenue. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to own the production systems behind our AI agents that manage SMS, voice, and email conversations for $100M+ operators.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve LangGraph workflows that power multi‑channel conversations.
• Develop end‑to‑end features across a Python/FastAPI backend and a Next.js/TypeScript dashboard.
• Maintain a multi‑tenant Supabase/PostgreSQL environment with row‑level security and JWT‑based access.
• Build evaluation frameworks to catch agent regressions before they affect customers.
• Integrate with real‑world CRMs such as Salesforce, ServiceTitan, LeadPerfection, and AccuLynx.
• Collaborate with the voice team on real‑time behavior using LiveKit and OpenAI Realtime.
• Optimize the omnichannel experience across SMS, voice, and email.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of full‑stack experience shipping production software in a startup, high‑velocity SaaS, or AI‑driven environment.
• Hands‑on experience delivering LLM‑powered features used by real customers.
• Strong ability to work in ambiguous, fast‑moving contexts and continuously learn.

What we offer

• Base salary $200,000–$275,000 plus equity.
