Senior/Staff Full Stack Product Engineer

About the role

Hypha is seeking a Senior/Staff Full Stack Product Engineer to own and build the core user‑facing features of its AI‑native asset management platform. You will work on data visualisation, entity management, search, dashboards and document workflows, turning complex problems into intuitive product experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship full‑stack product systems using React, Next.js, Node.js/TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
• Own features from concept through production, handling technical design, implementation, edge cases and product polish.
• Build scalable, maintainable backend services and frontend components that support data‑rich workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define scope, challenge assumptions and iterate quickly.
• Make architectural decisions around state management, data modelling and API design.
• Improve engineering quality through code reviews, better abstractions and mentorship of teammates.

Required profile

• 7+ years of full‑stack or software engineering experience with production‑grade product systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead complex feature development.
• Strong product sense – able to understand why a feature is needed and translate that into thoughtful solutions.
• Experience mentoring engineers and shaping engineering standards.
