Senior Software Engineer – Agile Development

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team. You will design, develop, test, and deliver software solutions in an Agile/Scrum environment while collaborating closely with other developers and technical professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deliver software applications using commercial languages and open‑source tools.
• Manage projects within a specialized area, communicating clearly with stakeholders and setting expectations.
• Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements, schedules, and expectations for assigned solutions.
• Develop and execute automated unit tests for all assigned software.
• Support infrastructure and network teams in resolving software‑related issues.
• Coordinate with management to define schedules, goals, design criteria, and methodologies.
• Share knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices across the team.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and solutions.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence) or similar tools.
• Expertise in at least two technical domains or technologies, with intermediate competency across the team’s stack.
• Ability to anticipate software malfunctions and quickly devise solutions.
• Self‑directed with occasional guidance; capable of leading small teams or individuals.
• Excellent task decomposition skills to break multi‑week objectives into actionable items.
