Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET III) – Cincinnati

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET III) to join our agile teams in Cincinnati. You will build scalable test automation frameworks, ensure API and backend quality, and lead QA strategy across cross‑functional groups.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement reusable automated test frameworks for UI, API and mobile applications.
• Write and maintain automated test cases using Java or JavaScript.
• Perform exploratory testing, root‑cause analysis and support release planning.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners and QA leads to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain test cases in test management tools and ensure CI/CD readiness.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as an SDET or QA Engineer.
• Proficiency in Java or JavaScript test automation.
• Strong API testing experience with Postman, REST Assured or similar tools.
• Hands‑on experience with Git, Jenkins or GitLab CI, and Jira.
• Familiarity with SQL, agile methodologies and cloud environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
