Senior ServiceNow Developer - GPS Team

About the role

Deloitte's Enterprise Performance team, within the Government & Public Services (GPS) practice, is hiring a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on its ServiceNow team in Rosslyn, Virginia. The role covers designing, developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that support mission and operational needs, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and building custom workflows, forms, modules, dashboards and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet mission and operational needs
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Build and customize workflows, forms, modules, dashboards and automation features to improve program and project management
• Work with architects, functional team members and stakeholders to deliver platform capabilities aligned to engagement priorities
• Troubleshoot defects, support testing and maintain technical documentation, platform standards and enhancements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, workflow configuration and platform customization
• Ability to work on-site in McLean, VA up to 5 days per week
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Ability to work independently, lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

The stated wage range is $97,700 - $162,800, and candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program.
