Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

We are a fast‑growing full‑service agency focused on the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) sector. As a Senior SEO Specialist you will manage a portfolio of client accounts and drive end‑to‑end SEO strategies that boost visibility and rankings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
• Perform keyword research and develop content plans aligned with site architecture.
• Create, design, publish, index and optimise website content for maximum search visibility.
• Implement link‑building campaigns to increase domain authority.
• Monitor performance with Google Analytics, GA4, SEMrush and adjust tactics as needed.
• Track site health and maintain top‑10% health scores.
• Build custom reports in GA4 and Looker Studio for client communication.
• Provide monthly performance summaries and lead client calls.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in SEO or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of ranking factors, algorithms and core SEO principles.
• Proven analytical ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT or a related field.
