Senior SAP Engagement Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP Engagement Manager to lead strategic SAP programs and own end‑to‑end client engagement. You will act as the main liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams and partners, ensuring successful planning, execution and delivery of SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key SAP accounts, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
• Lead planning, execution and governance of SAP projects (S/4HANA, ECC, BTP, etc.) including timelines, budgets, resources and quality.
• Develop trusted‑advisor relationships with senior business and IT leaders.
• Collaborate with SAP solution architects, functional leads and technical teams to align design with business needs.
• Identify, mitigate and manage program risks, issues and scope changes.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation and value realization across the SAP landscape.
• Manage contractual obligations, service levels, change orders and deliverables.
• Support business development and pre‑sales activities such as proposals, estimates and client presentations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, internal policies and audit requirements.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience leading SAP‑driven business transformations.
• Proven track record with SAP Activate, PMP or ITIL certification.
• Recent experience delivering S/4HANA implementations or landscape transformations.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and financial acumen.
• Expertise in risk, change and contract management.
• Excellent client‑relationship and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
