Senior Salesforce Engineer II

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer II to design, build, and support scalable Sales Cloud solutions that empower sales, operations, and customer success teams. The role blends hands‑on development, technical leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy Sales Cloud features across Lead, Account, Opportunity, Quote, Forecasting and Territory Management.
• Build solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and declarative capabilities.
• Architect and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms such as CDPs, data warehouses and sales enablement tools.
• Implement AI‑driven automation with Einstein, Prompt Builder and Flow.
• Drive CI/CD and release management using Copado, Git and SFDX, including automated testing pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues, performance bottlenecks and data synchronization challenges.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience, with at least 4 years on Sales Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, triggers, batch and queueable jobs, LWC and Flow.
• Deep knowledge of the Sales Cloud data model, sharing and security model, and opportunity/forecast management.
• Proven experience with API‑based integrations and middleware.
