About the role

Join RELX Inc. (LexisNexis USA) as a Senior Data Scientist III to drive new product development through data‑driven AI solutions. You will work on complex legal‑text challenges, mentor junior team members, and ensure AI outputs align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and machine learning models, including shallow and deep learning, to solve complex business problems.
• Research, build, and train robust NLP models on large corpora of legal text.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create production‑grade APIs and scale AI solutions.
• Guide and mentor junior data scientists on best practices in AI/ML.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience with NLP, Large Language Models, machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling on large datasets, and production‑grade API development.
