Senior Salesforce Architect (Product-to-Cash)

About the role

PointClickCare is looking for a Senior Salesforce Architect, reporting to the Sr Manager of AI & Platform Architecture, to design, deliver and continuously improve its Product-to-Cash landscape on Salesforce. The role is coaching and mentoring focused: you will guide engineers and solution designers, raise architectural standards and bring deep hands-on expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), the billing system and the quote-to-cash lifecycle. You will work closely with other Architects to solve complex business and technical challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor engineers and solution designers on Revenue Cloud Advanced and billing.
• Produce high-level designs (HLD), low-level designs (LLD) and conceptual diagrams, and manage architecture and system roadmaps.
• Define, maintain and enforce platform standards across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Build proof of concepts to validate design decisions before delivery.
• Take part in requirement gathering and clarify scope early in the lifecycle.
• Work with the integration team to design and govern integrations, and with the development team to hand over designs cleanly.
• Own the end-to-end Product-to-Cash architecture: quoting, contracting, ordering, fulfilment, billing, invoicing, revenue, customer success and support.
• Architect and govern the billing system, covering invoicing, billing schedules, payments, dunning and revenue recognition.
• Resolve process and technology gaps across the Product-to-Cash value chain.
• Apply an AI-first mindset, using Agentforce and Claude-based solutions where they add value.
• Research emerging Salesforce and billing capabilities and promote design patterns and standard processes.
• Partner with data and integration architects to ensure data integrity, security and compliance, and with solution architects to align with enterprise architecture.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
• 10+ years of Salesforce experience across implementation, configuration and solution design.
• 3-5 years of Salesforce architecture experience (minimum required).
• Proven experience architecting end-to-end Product-to-Cash solutions and billing systems.

Required skills

• Deep, hands-on expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)/CPQ, with mentoring experience.
• Experience producing HLD, LLD and diagrams, and managing architecture roadmaps.
• Experience with Salesforce Connected Apps.
• AI-first mindset with exposure to Agentforce and Claude-based solutions.

Remote roles involve occasional travel to the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City offices for onboarding, team events and meetings; hybrid roles require living within commuting distance of the listed office.
