Senior Sales Performance Consultant – GTM Enablement

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Sales Performance Consultant to join its GTM Enablement team. The role will support the global Deal Desk organization, identifying friction points in the quote‑to‑close process and delivering skill‑building and process‑improvement initiatives. You will work in a hybrid setting across major US locations, partnering with Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, Legal and Enablement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Deal Desk senior leaders to uncover knowledge, skill, process and technology gaps that slow deal execution.
• Conduct data‑driven analysis of the deal lifecycle to pinpoint bottlenecks and risk areas.
• Design and execute skill‑development and process‑optimization plans that improve cycle time, quote accuracy, approval efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with a dedicated Enablement lead to scale programs while also creating and delivering training, playbooks, workshops, job aids and reinforcement content.
• Act as an extension of Deal Desk leadership, aligning initiatives with the organization’s strategy and goals.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in sales performance, sales enablement or deal desk environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and drive adoption of new processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering training and workshops.
