Senior Sales Advisor – Aventura Bloomingdales

About the role

The Senior Sales Advisor represents Boggi Milano to customers, delivering professional sales service that upholds the brand’s image, boosts store performance, and ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level, personalized service to both online and offline customers, promote the brand and its products, and drive sales through cross‑selling and up‑selling.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, inform customers about loyalty program benefits, and build long‑term relationships to strengthen the brand’s prestige.
• Utilize omnichannel tools such as sales tablets and click‑and‑collect systems to deliver a seamless 360° shopping experience.
• Maintain store upkeep, manage stock, participate in inventory activities, and support cash operations under store management supervision.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in menswear or luxury fashion retail, with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, seasonal styles, and premium brands.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and flexibility to work peak seasons, holidays, and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS software for transactions, returns, and gift‑card processing.
• Experience using sales tablets and other digital omnichannel retail tools.
• Familiarity with click‑and‑collect platforms and online order support.
