Sales Advisor – Retail

About the role

As a Sales Advisor at Boggi Milano you will act as a brand ambassador, welcoming clients, understanding their needs and delivering a personalized shopping experience both in‑store and online.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated client experience, promoting the brand, products and loyalty programmes.
• Build long‑term client relationships and actively contribute to individual and team sales targets.
• Support omnichannel initiatives such as Click & Collect, Seek & Send and in‑store digital tools.
• Maintain store presentation, assist with inventory management and cash operations.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in menswear or premium fashion retail.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work weekends, holidays and peak seasons.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and stand for long periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS software for transactions, returns and gift‑card processing.
• Experience using digital tools for omnichannel retail (e.g., tablets, click‑and‑collect systems).
