Senior Remote Accountant – Temp-to-Hire

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to support a major power‑generation client. The position is fully remote and operates on a temp‑to‑hire basis, offering the chance to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Annual Incentive Fee reconciliation and billing process.
• Coordinate and streamline financial packages between operations, the client, and payroll.
• Prepare and reconcile unbilled revenue and execute necessary journal entries.
• Handle special accounting projects to ensure readiness for upcoming audits.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of advanced accounting principles with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent digital proficiency and ability to work autonomously.
• Effective communication skills for seamless remote collaboration.
• Dedicated workspace with a reliable high‑speed internet connection.

Required skills

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) – highly desirable.
