Senior Relationship Banker – Banking Center

About the role

This position supports the Banking Center Manager in achieving sales, service and operational goals, and steps in to lead the branch when the manager is absent. It focuses on deepening client relationships and growing market share.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales, service and operations targets while supporting the branch’s P&L.
• Process routine banking transactions accurately and open new accounts.
• Network and prospect to build Centers of Influence and expand the bank’s brand.
• Utilize lead management tools such as Salesforce to document activities.
• Support segmentation strategy by implementing sales and retention initiatives.
• Assist with audits, operational standards and compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to colleagues, ensuring exceptional client experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of customer‑service and needs‑based banking sales experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of bank products and transaction processing systems.
• Ability to travel to other Banking Centers within the region.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
