Senior Regional Recruiter – Restaurant Leadership

About the role

Chipotle is seeking a Senior Regional Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for restaurant leadership across an assigned region. You will own the recruiting strategy, guide hiring decisions, and coach leaders on best‑practice staffing.

Key responsibilities

• Creatively source, screen, and advise on selection for Restaurant Manager and field leadership positions.
• Facilitate internal interview processes for regional leadership roles.
• Develop and execute regional recruitment strategies based on hiring trends and business priorities.
• Coach leaders and champion best practices in staffing, interviewing, and candidate experience.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, COEs, and other support teams to implement market‑specific recruitment plans.
• Roll out recruiting initiatives, track outcomes, and provide reporting to senior field leadership.
• Support peers by sharing best practices and leading talent succession planning activities.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–8 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a multi‑unit restaurant or retail environment.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence business leaders.
• Results‑driven mindset with ownership of short‑ and long‑term hiring goals.
