Senior Regional Recruiter – Restaurant Leadership

About the role

Chipotle is seeking a Senior Regional Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for restaurant leadership across an assigned region. The role combines strategic planning, hands‑on sourcing and coaching to ensure the company hires high‑performing managers and field leaders who align with its mission of better food.

Key responsibilities

• Creative sourcing, screening and selection guidance for Restaurant Manager and field leadership positions.
• Facilitate internal interview processes for regional leadership roles.
• Develop and execute regional recruitment strategies based on hiring trends and partnership with senior field leaders.
• Coach leaders on best practices in staffing, interviewing and candidate experience.
• Act as brand and employee advocate, driving innovative staffing initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, COEs and other support functions to implement market‑specific recruitment plans.
• Roll out and monitor recruiting initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Provide peer coaching and support the rollout of new recruiting processes.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–8 years of recruiting experience, preferably in multi‑unit restaurant or retail environments.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence business leaders.
• Results‑driven mindset with ownership of recruitment outcomes.
