Senior Recruiter – Real Estate Specialist

About the role

Macdonald & Company is expanding its U.S. footprint and seeks a Senior Recruiter with deep knowledge of the real‑estate sector. You will join a seasoned team to drive client acquisition and candidate placement across multifamily and commercial real‑estate markets.

Key responsibilities

• Inherit and further develop existing client relationships.
• Research, identify, and engage new client companies.
• Become a subject‑matter expert in real‑estate investment, finance, development, asset management, leasing, and acquisitions.
• Source, attract, and retain business with both new and existing clients.
• Manage the full search‑and‑placement lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to successful placement.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level recruitment experience, preferably within real‑estate.
• Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a results‑driven team.
• Passionate, ambitious, and comfortable with a data‑first approach.
