Senior Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition (Remote)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruiting for a high‑volume, remote environment in the United States. You will partner closely with hiring managers and talent acquisition leaders to source, assess, and secure top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for multiple roles, from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across active and passive pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring needs, timelines, and strategies.
• Coordinate interview processes, manage scheduling, and maintain clear candidate communications.
• Drive efficient hiring with a focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Manage offer processes and support compensation negotiations within guidelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in ATS systems.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
• Work with internal recruiting teams to ensure alignment across business needs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high‑volume, manufacturing or operational settings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience with full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.
• Ability to work onsite when needed and partner closely with hiring teams.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication abilities.
• Self‑starter who can work independently while collaborating across teams.

• Base salary range $61,575 – $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
