Senior Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition across the United States. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing & outreach through LinkedIn, job boards, social media and networking.
• Screening resumes, conducting phone interviews and assessing cultural and technical fit.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions and define position requirements.
• Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.
• Extending offers, negotiating salary and terms, and managing pre‑employment processes.
• Maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS), tracking recruiting metrics and implementing process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, either in‑house or at a staffing agency.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
