Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on commercial real estate finance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate financing documents such as loan agreements, mortgages, and security agreements.
• Conduct due diligence investigations and review title documents.
• Assist clients in structuring real estate finance transactions.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar.
• 21 years of experience in commercial real estate finance.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance transactions and related legal principles.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
