About the role
Bowman & Brooke is seeking a full‑time associate attorney to join its San Jose office. The role offers immediate involvement in civil litigation matters, allowing you to develop trial skills and work on high‑stakes product and general liability cases.
Key responsibilities
- Participate directly in courtroom litigation and trial preparation.
- Collaborate with attorneys across offices to develop case strategies.
- Manage case files, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings.
Required profile
- JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
- Current California Bar admission or ability to obtain it.
Required skills
- Understanding of state and federal civil procedure.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
