Senior Project Manager – Large‑Scale EPC & Data Center Projects

About the role

We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to lead multiple large‑scale data centre and power infrastructure EPC projects valued at over $250M. The role provides end‑to‑end leadership across engineering, procurement, construction, scheduling and project controls, ensuring successful delivery from concept to closeout.

Key responsibilities

• Lead EPC and Design‑Build projects through all phases, from development to final handover.
• Direct engineering, procurement, construction, scheduling and project‑control activities.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, contracts, GMPs and commercial execution.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement strategies and contract administration.
• Guide project teams, including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain client relationships as the primary project contact.
• Drive safety, quality, schedule and financial performance objectives.
• Support reporting, change management and executive‑level communications.

Required profile

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Proven leadership on large EPC, Design‑Build or capital infrastructure projects.
• Background in data centres, power delivery, utilities, transmission, distribution, substations, renewable energy, BESS or mission‑critical infrastructure.
• Experience managing projects valued at $100M+ (preferred).
• Strong understanding of contracts, GMPs, procurement and commercial execution.
• Experience supervising project teams and mentoring junior staff.
