Senior Project Manager

About the role

BGBx is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead client projects across the pharmaceutical and life‑science sectors. You will act as the central hub for project information, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while supporting the company’s mission to create breakthrough impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned accounts.
• Facilitate inter‑departmental negotiations to align resources and timelines.
• Coordinate with Resource Managers to allocate staff and monitor time management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track progress, address risks, and ensure deliverables stay on schedule and within scope.
• Obtain client sign‑off on project plans and prepare legal/regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with department leads on forecasting and future resource planning.
• Maintain high‑quality standards, capture client requests, and exceed expectations.
• Serve as the internal information hub for project status, issues, and solutions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical advertising or medical education.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments and quickly learn new technologies.
• Strong business judgment, strategic thinking, and people‑management skills.
• Experience with strategic planning, risk mitigation, and resource forecasting.
