Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) leads end‑to‑end delivery for assigned brands, overseeing multichannel projects from concept through deployment. This role blends creative problem‑solving with strong production expertise to ensure projects meet timing, quality, and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive agency processes, procedures, and workflows for assigned brand(s) and workstreams.
• Manage multichannel project deliverables, providing direction, vision, and impact analysis for scope changes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Account, Finance, Creative, Editorial, Technology, and Strategy—to solve problems and maintain project health.
• Maintain relationships with 3rd‑party vendors and client digital teams, coordinating timelines and mitigating risks.
• Prepare and present internal status updates, ensure quality control, and enforce internal tools and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in project management within a marketing or agency environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess scope changes and financial impact.
• Excellent communication skills for client‑facing and internal stakeholder interactions.
• Ability to lead and mentor associate project managers and coordinators.
