Senior Project Manager

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager you will lead high‑profile client initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring projects meet timing, quality, and budget expectations. You will work closely with agency teams, vendors and clients to solve problems creatively and keep projects on track.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage multichannel projects for assigned brand verticals, providing vision and direction.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external vendors and clients to guarantee timely, accurate, high‑quality deliverables.
• Oversee project planning, execution, quality control, impact analysis and scope development.
• Guide junior team members, share expertise and drive process improvements.
• Maintain organized project files, complete administrative tasks, and support financial management and new‑business development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, production, marketing operations or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or CSM are a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal abilities with attention to detail.
• Financial aptitude and experience with campaign launch processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Adobe Acrobat.
• Project‑management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Workfront).
• Basic financial‑management tools (e.g., SAP).
