Senior Project Manager

About the role

TRexBio is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution and coordination of its lead clinical therapeutic program. The role partners closely with the Program Team Lead and cross‑functional teams to drive clinical development, regulatory filings, and overall program progress.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Program Team Lead as the cross‑functional Project Manager for the lead clinical program.
• Develop and maintain a master integrated project plan, serving as the single source of truth for timelines, decision points, and risks.
• Establish schedules for regulatory submissions (including IND) and agency meetings.
• Monitor milestones and budgets, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate team operations: meeting agendas, minutes, follow‑up, and process implementation.
• Support clinical vendor negotiations, contract management, milestone tracking, and spend to budget.
• Conduct scenario‑planning exercises and align the team on preferred paths.
• Manage relationships with CROs and third‑party vendors to ensure commitments are met.
• Ensure all program documents are accurate, complete, and properly filed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a scientific or healthcare field (PMP certification a plus).
• Minimum 7 years of experience supporting pre‑clinical and clinical activities and regulatory filings.
• Proven track record of managing integrated program plans leading to successful regulatory submissions.
• Experience overseeing timelines, budgets, and quality standards for large‑molecule programs.
