Senior Project Manager – Industrial Hygiene

About the role

J.S. Held is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead its Industrial Hygiene & Built Environment practice. The role combines technical expertise in industrial hygiene with commercial acumen to grow the practice, secure high‑value projects, and deliver top‑quality solutions to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, shaping service offerings and regional positioning.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients in real estate, insurance, legal, construction, industry, and public agencies.
• Lead proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee and contribute to EH&S projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams through planning, execution, and delivery of complex environmental and health‑safety initiatives.
• Develop and enforce QA/QC protocols and mentor junior staff.
