Senior Project Manager (Honolulu)

About the role

DataHouse is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation to completion in Honolulu. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure projects meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to keep initiatives on track.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to align efforts with project goals.
• Track milestones, produce status reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and capture lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Conduct post‑project evaluations and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience leading large, strategic projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop team members.
