Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Advertising

About the role

Real Chemistry’s 21GRAMS unit is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, integrated healthcare advertising initiatives. The role blends hands‑on delivery with mentorship and process stewardship, supporting a hybrid work environment across multiple US locations or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of integrated campaigns spanning digital, print, events, and video.
• Develop detailed Gantt charts and critical paths for multi‑vendor deliverables.
• Anticipate risks, propose solutions, and manage change control to protect scope, timing, and margin.
• Mentor and coach Project Managers and Coordinators, modeling best practices and documentation hygiene.
• Partner with Account teams to align execution with strategy and client expectations.
• Own forecasting inputs and ensure invoice readiness in collaboration with Finance.
• Oversee a portfolio of approximately $5 million in revenue.
