Senior Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex engineering and construction projects. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute complex engineering projects, meeting schedule, scope, and budget targets.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk identification, and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee construction planning to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure favorable terms.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and adjust forecasts to prevent cost overruns.
• Track project progress, provide regular stakeholder updates, and adjust plans as needed.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and teamwork.
• Implement project management best practices and drive continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders to align project objectives with company goals.
• Resolve project issues promptly to minimize impact on timelines and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s or PMP certification is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the engineering or construction sector.
• Proven track record in construction planning, contract negotiation, and budget management.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills under pressure.
