Senior Project Manager – Biopharma Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead global, high‑budget projects in aseptic manufacturing, technology transfers and commercial product launches. The role reports to the Senior Leadership Team and works across multiple geographies and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage day‑to‑day activities for global projects, ensuring formal project and program management processes are applied.
• Coordinate with senior management and cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed performance indicators.
• Identify, assess and mitigate significant risks, providing clear solutions for complex, ambiguous situations.
• Collaborate with Business Development to translate project proposals into detailed project plans.
• Mentor less‑experienced staff, provide training guidance and, when required, supervise team members.
• Report project status and critical issues directly to the Senior Leadership Team.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 5 years in progressive project‑management roles within biopharmaceutical manufacturing services.
• 3 + years managing large‑budget or commercial projects.
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver patient‑centered service.
• Strong cross‑functional negotiation and decision‑making capabilities.
• Ability to inspire teams toward a common vision.
