Senior Program Manager, Talent Acquisition

About the role

Shield AI is seeking a senior program manager to lead the delivery, optimization, adoption, and continuous improvement of strategic Talent Acquisition (TA) and People Experience (PX) programs. The role blends program management, recruiting operations, process optimization, and change management to enhance how the organization attracts, assesses, selects, and hires talent.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and launch complex TA programs and cross‑functional PX initiatives such as recruiting process optimization, interviewer enablement, hiring capacity planning, candidate experience improvements, and recruiting technology implementations.
• Partner with TA and PX leaders to define program scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, and success measures, translating strategic hiring priorities into actionable roadmaps and sustainable operating models.
• Lead end‑to‑end assessment and redesign of priority TA processes, mapping current‑state workflows, identifying gaps and bottlenecks, and creating future‑state designs that improve speed, quality, compliance, and stakeholder experience.
• Develop and execute change‑management strategies, including communication, training, and enablement plans, to ensure successful adoption and long‑term sustainability of new programs, tools, and processes.
• Establish governance models, operating rhythms, and reporting mechanisms, using quantitative and qualitative data to drive continuous improvement and measure outcomes.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in program and project management, process improvement, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience supporting Talent Acquisition or other high‑volume People functions, with a proven track record of delivering large‑scale recruiting initiatives.
