Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Range is building an AI‑powered wealth‑management platform and seeks a strategic, creative, and data‑driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to define product positioning, launch, and adoption. The role bridges product, marketing, sales, and customer success to drive growth across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product launches from strategy to execution, defining positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market plans.
• Conduct customer interviews, competitive research, and market analysis to inform product strategy.
• Develop clear, compelling messaging that differentiates products for key buyer personas.
• Partner with sales to create enablement materials and train the team on product value.
• Collaborate with demand generation and content teams to develop campaigns supporting launches and adoption.
• Work closely with product management to influence strategy based on market feedback.
• Measure success of marketing programs and report on KPIs such as adoption, awareness, and engagement.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in product marketing.
• Strong understanding of GTM strategy, product positioning, and messaging development.
• Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and influence without direct authority.
• Comfort with data‑driven decision‑making and performance measurement.
• Startup and/or direct‑to‑consumer experience.
