Associate Creative Director, Marketing

About the role

Range is building an AI‑powered wealth management platform and needs a senior, strategic Creative Director to own the creative vision for its advertising. You will lead the in‑house advertising function, manage agency relationships, and ensure cohesive, high‑impact creative across all paid touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Own the creative strategy and output for performance ads, landing pages, and registration flows.
• Manage external agency partners, providing clear briefs and elevating their work.
• Set the advertising voice and visual language, directing copy and visual direction.
• Ensure full‑funnel creative cohesion from ad to homepage to registration.
• Stay ahead of advertising trends and platform formats.
• Build a system for continuous generation, testing, and refreshing of creative concepts.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with performance marketing, product, and content teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years in creative direction, art direction, or advertising, preferably in fintech or growth‑stage startups.
• Proven ability to lead agencies or in‑house teams and set high creative standards.
• Strong instincts for brand storytelling and direct‑response copy.
• Ability to think full‑funnel and align creative with business goals.
• Adaptable to fast‑moving startup environments and capable of building capability from scratch.
