Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Coder is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape how we sell, position, and communicate the value of our AI development platform. You will partner closely with sales, engineering, and executive teams to create compelling narratives that resonate with both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Craft sales narratives, decks, battle cards, and competitive assets that clearly articulate Coder’s value proposition.
• Design targeted sales plays based on common use cases to accelerate pipeline and deal velocity.
• Equip field teams to lead conversations on developer experience, cloud security, and cost optimization with technical and executive buyers.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear customer value messaging for developers, platform teams, CISOs, and CIOs.
• Develop enablement materials, lead webinars, and represent Coder at industry conferences and field events.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product marketing experience with a strong focus on sales enablement.
• Deep understanding of developer tooling, cloud‑native ecosystems, and the software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience collaborating with senior sales teams and interacting directly with customers, analysts, and prospects.
• Self‑sufficient, action‑oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly and ask for help when needed.
