Senior Product Manager – Transact

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager you will lead the development of zero-hash's high‑demand Transact products, especially the Auth service that enables secure linking and authentication of external crypto accounts. You will work hands‑on with execution while influencing roadmap and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback and business goals.
• Participate in all stages of the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous delivery.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and gather customer insights to inform decisions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing and sales to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Facilitate cross‑functional meetings, set and track key performance metrics, and drive data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in open banking, auth‑related payments or similar domains.
• Technical background with the ability to dive into implementation details alongside engineers.
• Strong FinTech, payments, blockchain or financial markets knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven project‑management expertise.

Required skills

• SQL for data analysis.
• Jira for project management.
• API testing and integration experience.
