Senior Product Manager - Talent Cloud Platform

About the role

Andela Talent Cloud (ATC) is the platform that runs Andela's business, connecting customers with remote technical talent. It is looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of the platform's day-to-day: prioritization, feature development, roadmap, metrics and quality. The role also helps shape the product's future as Andela defines its place in the AI age.

Key responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day of the ATC platform, including prioritizing needs across client, operational and talent users.
• Fix immediate pain points and close feature gaps that force staff into off-platform workarounds, while reducing day-to-day running costs.
• Build and maintain metrics and funnels to guide product decisions and catch issues early.
• Work closely with operations, which uses ATC every day, to understand what matters most.
• Work with engineering to maintain a high quality bar and manage customer communications.
• Help guide how AI is applied across the platform, from engineering to user-facing features.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product experience, with a track record of owning a product and shipping measurable value; prior engineering experience is a big plus.
• Experience managing a system where operations teams are core users and failures have real business consequences; experience at a company with at least $50M revenue is a strong signal.
• Initiative and follow-through, able to own problems end-to-end without being managed.
• AI-forward disposition: curiosity about AI, hands-on with modern AI tooling in your own workflow.
• Cross-functional leadership and relationship building.
• At least 6 hours of daily overlap with US West Coast hours (8 AM–2 PM PT).

• ATS / recruiting / staffing-tech platform experience.
• Assessment, training or learning systems experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI-native development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Claude Design) or agentic workflows.
