Technical Program Manager

About the role

Sardine is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead complex enterprise integration projects. You will act as the trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring delivery timelines, risk management, and clear communication across engineering, product, and solutions teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the integration project plan for enterprise engagements, including milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
• Establish RACI matrices and communication cadences, keeping all stakeholders aligned.
• Track client‑specific feature requests from intake through resolution, ensuring visibility for engineering and product teams.
• Manage regular structured communication across Engineering, Product, Integrations, and the client, proactively setting expectations.
• Report on project health, including deliverable slippage, root causes, dependency risks, and capacity planning.

Required profile

• 7+ years of technical program or project management experience, preferably with large enterprise implementations.
• Hands‑on experience with formal project governance (RACI, milestone‑based reporting) and ability to adapt rigor to fast‑moving environments.
• Background in fintech, payments, fraud, risk, or compliance, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate technical status for executive stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational abilities to run multiple high‑stakes client engagements simultaneously.
