Senior Product Manager - Math

About the role

Great Minds is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle of its flagship math curriculum. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product, Math, you will be the voice of teachers and students, using market research, user insights and data‑driven analysis to shape the roadmap, scope and go‑to‑market strategy for the math product line.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy aligned with Great Minds’ mission.
• Conduct market research and synthesize user feedback to inform feature prioritisation.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap, balancing short‑term releases with long‑term innovation.
• Collaborate with curriculum designers, engineers, sales, marketing and support teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, resolve competing priorities and remove blockers.
• Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on data insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in K‑12 education or curriculum development.
• Proven track record of launching successful educational products.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Passion for improving student outcomes and supporting teachers.
