Senior Director, Product Management - Math

About the role

Great Minds is seeking a senior leader to own the strategy and execution of its Math product portfolio. Reporting to the SVP of Product Management, you will drive vision, roadmap, and delivery of curriculum and digital solutions from concept through launch, ensuring they meet rigorous instructional research and real‑world classroom needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a long‑term product vision and roadmap for the Math portfolio.
• Lead cross‑functional teams—including content, research, and digital—to translate evidence‑based instruction into market‑ready products.
• Oversee product development cycles, from ideation and user testing to launch and post‑launch iteration.
• Establish systematic feedback loops with educators and students to continuously improve product effectiveness.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on growth strategy, market positioning, and impact measurement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product management for education or curriculum‑focused products.
• Strong track record of delivering complex, research‑driven products at scale.
• Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholder groups, including educators, researchers, and engineers.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
