Technical Enablement Director

About the role

Sentry is seeking a Technical Enablement Director to drive adoption of its monitoring platform through education and enablement. The role blends product evangelism, multimedia content creation, and teaching to inspire customers and partners. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Design to shape both internal and external learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Become the Sentry product expert and own the Sentry University virtual learning platform, designing curriculum, creating content, and managing user experience.
• Develop and operationalize a certification program for customers, partners, and employees.
• Create instructor‑led and virtual training programs, including workshops and group sessions.
• Partner with sales and marketing to track lead progress and with product and engineering to keep enablement materials up‑to‑date.
• Define KPIs to measure adoption and effectiveness of training initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering technical training programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build credibility with technical and business audiences.
• Experience working with customers and partners both remotely and in person.
• Ability to think creatively to develop structured training plans and measurable metrics.
