Senior Product Manager - GSA Software Contract

About the role

Global InfoTek is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy and functional delivery of complex software initiatives supporting a General Services Administration (GSA) contract. The role acts as the primary voice of the customer, bridging government users and stakeholders with technical engineering teams. It is a regular, full-time position in Reston, VA requiring secret or higher clearance and US citizenship.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap, aligned with the contract mission.
• Work with stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements and turn them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the Agile product backlog so the engineering team delivers the highest-value features.
• Collaborate daily with engineering leads, UI/UX designers and cross-functional teams on technical development.
• Communicate product iterations, releases and strategic direction to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate product risks and roadblocks affecting delivery or quality.
• Support business development by contributing product insights to proposals.

Required profile

• 12 to 15 years of experience; 12 to 15 years of experience stated in the listing.
• Experience in product or project management within software development.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into technical requirements for engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present roadmaps to executive leadership.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and a DevSecOps framework.
• Preferred certifications: CSPO and PMI-ACP.
