Senior Product Manager, Admissions

About the role

Carefeed is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Admissions product suite. In this role you will shape the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Admissions capabilities that help senior‑living communities streamline resident intake and improve the experience for families and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct discovery work to understand customer workflows, pain points and success metrics.
• Translate insights into detailed product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the backlog, make trade‑offs and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality features.
• Partner with engineering to guarantee technical feasibility, scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with design to create intuitive, user‑centered experiences.
• Work closely with sales, customer success and go‑to‑market teams to drive adoption and customer success.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product teams in a SaaS environment, preferably in health‑care or senior‑living domains.
• Strong ability to balance short‑term customer needs with long‑term platform scalability.
• Excellent communication skills to align cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using research and analytics to inform product decisions.
